The links to mental health websites I provide are those websites that I have found information concerning mental health, bipolar disorder, and/or borderline personality disorder. These websites range in helpfulness from general information to support resources. Please feel free to browse these websites and see which ones are helpful for you.
If you have websites you think I should add, please let me know and I will take a look at them.
I am not liable for any information you find on an outside website. However, if you have a bad experience with any of the websites I provide, please let me know. I don't want to provide links that are unhelpful or harmful.
Thought from my own personal experience: those sites or sections of sites for family and loved ones of people with bpd I have found are not always helpful for people with bpd. I definitely believe those who support people with bpd need their own support. However, totally honest discussion (which is necessary) in these forums I have found can sometimes be painful.
If you research these websites and think you might have a mental illness, please do not diagnose yourself! If you think you have a mental illness, please consult your doctor or a psychiatrist.
Gee, we're kind of in sync' a bit, aren't we?
